Mriya disbursed $15 million loan from EBRD

Kyiv, January 16, 2012 — In the end of 2011 Mriya Agro Holding received a working capital facility worth $15 million from EBRD, disbursing part of its $25 million loan facility. Company plans to spend this money to buy input materials in line with preparation to the spring sowing campaign.
Mykola Guta, the CEO of Mriya Agro Holding, stated: “EBRD’s funding is important for us. This will help us to grow our business according to our plans, improve the efficiency of our operations, and contribute to the development of Ukraine’s agricultural sector”.
Andriy Buryak, the CFO of Mriya Agro Holding, added: “We are working with EBRD for one year already and we are fully satisfied with this cooperation. This facility demonstrates the strength of the Company’s credit profile and will support our liquidity position before sowing campaign”.
