Mriya Agro Holding is one of the largest and most efficient agricultural producers in Ukraine and globally . The Company was founded in 1992 as a family business with the dream (mriya translates to «dream» in Ukrainian) to create a leading and responsible agricultural business committed to grow and supply the best produce for its people. Today, that dream has become reality. Like a germinating seed, Mriya has grown dramatically and expanded its farmland from 50 hectares in 1992 to 295,000 hectares today. Mriya's produce is sold in over 20 countries around the world, supplying the largest food companies in Europe.

Western Ukraine boasts some of the world's most fertile lands.

Mriya's land is concentrated in Western Ukraine where «black earth» is among the most fertile lands in the world. Mriya cultivates a diverse range of agricultural crops including wheat, rapeseed, corn, sugar beet, potatoes, buckwheat, barley, peas and soybeans, taking full advantage of the fertile land it owns to meet the vital and growing global demand for food.

Excellence across the farming value chain

In its 20 years of existence, Mriya has deployed successful farming methods consistently across its farmland based on international expertise and through continuous productivity enhancements. The Company benefits from a vertically integrated structure which enables it to manage the entire farming value chain efficiently — from seed production, crop planning and cultivation to storage and transportation infrastructure and logistics.

Creating value for customers, employees and society as a whole

Mriya brings many benefits to the Ukrainian economy as it produces organic products, improves the quality of farmland and uses sustainable agricultural practices across a growing land bank. Much of its produce is exported to Europe, Asia and Africa, meeting the needs of the global population and generating valuable earnings for shareholders. The Company is a partner of choice for many large international and local food producers and trading companies. Mriya pays great attention to the communities' interests in which it operates, providing continuous support and contributing to their social and economic development. The Company's own agricultural school and qualified Ukrainian and foreign professionals highlight the Company's commitment to responsible and sustainable growth, which creates value for the entire communities it serves.

Efficient crop cultivation to optimise yields

Mriya successfully combines its agricultural expertise with the most advanced technological innovations to maintain quality and ensure efficiency and reliability during key harvesting seasons. The Company owns silos, granaries and seed storage facilities with an aggregate capacity of 670,000 tonnes, potato warehouses with capacity of 96,000 tonnes, as well as a modern seed plant, and operates a large fleet of GPS-equipped transport and agricultural machinery. All of this creates significant operating efficiencies and crop yields substantially above the Ukrainian average. Mriya has the highest sales per hectare and higher profitability per hectare compared to its key competitors.
